Thrilling South-African-Cooking-Inspired Nómada Opens at Dusit Thani Hua Hin

After months of transformation, Dusit Thani Hua Hin has rolled out a number of new exciting facilities including an onsite organic farm. On top of that, the five-star beachfront resort has recently launched Nómada, a thrilling dining concept inspired by South American indigenous fares, made using fresh ingredients from local sources and its garden.

The name is derived from the nomadic ways of living – hunting, gathering, and fishing sustainably, and the experience is led by Chilean Chef Andre Josef Nweh Severino, who fuses his knowledge about traditional South African recipes with his passion for sustainability. Nómada’s culinary team delivers a stunning array of authentic South American dishes as well as juicy grills made over an open flame.

The menu comprises small bites like Fish and shrimp tiradito (Fresh sea bass and grilled river prawns with Chilean yellow chilli sauce and pebre); Rock lobster in Chilean sauce (deglazed with white wine); Ceviche with mango; and Nómada wanton cones, at the side of choices of premium cuts including 120 days grain-fed Angus Tomahawk, Ribeye, and Tenderloin, and slow-cooked Picanha, and fresh catches from the sea. In addition, creative sweet treats and tantalising cocktails are served at the seaside restaurant as well.

Nómada opens every Wednesday to Sunday for lunch (12:00 – 15:00) and dinner (18:00 – 22:00). For more information and reservation, please call +66 (0) 3252 0009.

It's all about living and travelling intelligently.
