Stage Unveils Its Tantalising ‘Menu 7.0’

Grown up and more experienced, Stage, French & global-inspired restaurant led by Chef Sainisa ‘Jay’ Sangsingkaew, has stepped up their culinary techniques as well as choices of ingredients and created ‘Stage Menu 7.0’, a series of modern dishes with playful twists.

‘Stage Menu 7.0’ focuses on the use of Modern European Culinary Techniques, alongside the increasing uses of premium local ingredients sourcing within Thailand, designed to be enjoyable from first to last. The highlights of the menu includes  White Asparagus served with Razor Clam, Caviar, and Aspic Ox & Bone Oxtail Terrine with Bone Marrow Croquette and Terragon Emulsion; Suratthani River Prawn served with Riso, Prawn Bisque, and topped with Summer Truffle; Soft-Shell Crab brandy battered, served with Seablite Dumpling, Lemon Confit, and Dashi Broth; among others. For sweet treats, Texture Of Pear is the special dessert presenting the fruit in different tastes and forms.
