Make the most of autumn with 18 new dishes celebrating the harvest season this year.
One-MICHELIN-starred IGNIV Bangkok at The St. Regis Bangkok welcomes the arrival of autumn with a new menu beautifully crafted with a blend of European and Thai flavours, available from September to November 2024.
The tasting menu pays homage to the harvest season, evoking the earthy flavors of Europe’s renowned autumn, featuring seasonal ingredients such as truffle, white fungus, and Brussels sprouts, alongside locally sourced produce from Chiang Rai and Tak provinces in Thailand, including mountain kombu, coffee blossom, and heart of palm.
“My inspiration for the Autumn Menu comes from my first experience in Asia in November 2018. I remember the taste of local ingredients and vibrant flavors, which were completely different from those I recognized in Europe. I drew inspiration from my culinary exploration and blended it with the earthy flavours of Europe to celebrate the seasonal transitions. The moment of this discovery is always special for me, and I want to share it with our guests through my first seasonal menu as Head Chef of IGNIV Bangkok,” says Chef Arne Riehn.
Among the 18 dishes in this shared dining experience, highlights include Truffle-Duxelle-Kataifi for a snack, Foie Gras-Salee-Truffle for a starter, Deer-Black Garlic-Brussels Sprouts, Gyoza-Sauerkraut-Chili, and Rainbow Trout-Butternut-Mountain Kombu for main courses, and Coffee Blossom-Rum & Raisin-Coconut for dessert.
The Autumn Menu at IGNIV Bangkok is available daily for dinner from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with the last order at 8:30 PM, priced at THB 5,500++ per person. It will be offered from September 2 to November 30, 2024. A vegan, vegetarian, à la carte, or kids’ menu is also available to cater to your unique preferences.
