From March 13th to 15th, 2025, Khum Hom transforms into an epicurean theatre, hosting the highly anticipated 2025 Edition of Four Hands Culinary Journey. This exclusive event promises a symphony of flavors as Michelin-starred French Chef Charles Coulombeau joins forces with the renowned Chef Ian Kittichai, to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Prepare to be tantalized by a 7 or 9-course tasting menu that showcases the finest ingredients from both worlds, featuring highlights like Chef Ian’s “Pla Gao Tom Si Nuan”, or Andaman Grouper with Phetchaburi Toddy Palm, and Chef Coulombeau’s Pigeon with Tak Sun Dried Banana.
Chef Coulombeau, celebrated for his innovative flair and prestigious accolades, including the Taittinger International Culinary Prize, also brings to the table his signature creation, the acclaimed Langoustine Mosaic with Ratchaburi Coconut, will stand alongside Chef Ian’s visionary Thai delicacies, such as the evocative “Tu Pa Sutong”, savoury rice-stuffed squid with pickled rosella and seafood sauce.
