For a Good Cause
Being part of sustainability support is not just a trend but a true commitment. Recently, MASON, the 5-star ultra-luxury modern pool villa resort in Pattaya’s Na Jomtien, engaged in activities such as sea turtle release, seagrass planting, and beach cleanup to promote environmental awareness and participation in the rehabilitation of Thailand’s marine ecosystem. These activities marked World Turtle Day on May 23, in line with the resort’s “Better Together, Giving Together” concept, demonstrating its commitment to environmental care and sustainable growth.
“MASON is committed not only to being a business that prioritizes delivering memorable experiences and services to its guests but also to integrating the sustainable development framework of Environment, Society, and Governance (ESG) into our daily betterment,” explained Ms. Pornpun Ratanapitakkul, General Manager of MASON.
The event began with a visit to the Marine and Coastal Resources Research Center (Eastern Gulf of Thailand) and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center (Koh Man Nai) in Rayong. Participants then took part in seagrass planting, sea turtle releases, and a local beach cleanup. These activities were conducted under the guidance of center officials, who provided proper understanding of the environmental contexts and how to apply them to responsible and valuable service.
