Thailand’s 2022 MICHELIN-Starred Restaurants Unveiled
The MICHELIN Guide Thailand has revealed 32 restaurants in Thailand that earn the prestigious MICHELIN stars in the 2022 selection, with 26 one-MICHELIN-starred restaurants and 6 with 2 stars.
In the Guide’s fifth Thailand edition, there are 6 starry entrants: Aksorn, led by Chef David Thompson who brings recipes from ancient Thai cookbooks to life; Côte by Mauro Colagreco with the three-starred chef’s talented team in Bangkok presenting contemporary Riviera-inspired cuisine on the banks of the Chao Phraya River; IGNIV, the first restaurant outside of Switzerland by three-starred Chef Andreas Caminada, indulging epicures with unique fine dining sharing experience; SAVELBERG serving up French fares with a Dutch touch; Yu Ting Yuan bringing top-notch tastes of Chinese cuisine to your table; and GAA, led by brilliant Chef Garima Arora, presenting one-of-a-kind nouveau Indian dishes.

For this year’s accolades, PRU has retained a MICHELIN Green Star for the second year, being one and only in the country, for its outstanding sustainable gastronomy practices; MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award is won by Chef Garima Arora of GAA; and MICHELIN Guide Service Award is received by Thibaud Charlemarty of Côte by Mauro Colagreco.
