Eateries in The Taste Thonglor are flagship restaurants with a strong sense of their unique signature. All restaurants are the first-ever or first-in-Thailand branch to create the memorable experience that you cannot find anywhere else. As its slogan says, “Delicacy Finest Selection”, the mall will certainly not disappoint food lovers.
Iron Chef Table
Named after the well-known cooking competition TV programme, the Iron Chef Thailand, the restaurant gathers seven skilful chefs from the competitions to cook and serve their proud signature dishes full of creativity and exquisiteness. Simplicity may not be on the menu and you may find eggs benedict in the form of delectable ‘From Farm to Table’ instead.
Surrounded by the dear collectables of an owner, Dream Loft is arranged in several corners with different styles like spaces in a home, such as living room, pool table corner and TV corner with a small table for food on big sofas. The food as well is international fusion, which shows the attempt to adapt taste to meet Eastern palates. Duck Nacho is a brilliant example.
Tasty and spicy Esarn (north eastern Thai) food comes to another level of hipness. At Tum Thonglor, plain sliced papaya is replaced by green papaya fettuccine and many variations can be chosen. The menu is served in a round tray but if you think it is not vogue enough, take a look at the wickerwork decorations and vivid, colour-printed stickers with funny flirting lines.
Dolly Churro Café
When is the best time for having churro? I shall say while it is still hot. Dolly Churro Café serves freshly-made churro daily. The churro menu here is not limited to fried dough lightly covered in sugar and cinnamon, but varies from churro with cheese dip to churro on bingsu (Korean shaved ice dessert) – churro afternoon tea in this homey café also sounds interesting.
A colourful café and desserts at Sweetery form maximum style on the corner of the second floor. The idea of extravagant sweets both in the look and the size undeniably makes an amusing moment to share with your loved ones. Stay alert with an army of fancy rhino decorations and high sugar in your blood with sweets, savouries, and drinks brimming with toppings!
