The ancient city of Seville represents contrasting tastes, textures and colour. Aristocratic, yet earthy, Moorish, Gothic and Renaissance: age-old flavours ooze out of every stony pore. 

It is perhaps unsurprising that a city dating back beyond recorded history should be steeped in the legends of great personalities who lived there. The heroic, evil, literary and anonymous, they have left behind them breath-taking architectural, historical and prosaic treasures for us all to enjoy.
