Craft dessert masterpieces

The Escape hotels has collaborated with Dandelion Café to offer the latest exciting “Sweet Treat by Escape x Dandelion Café”campaign to especially create magnificent craft dessert masterpieces that taste as good as they look. Made available during the “Green Season”, these three dessert dishes were meticulously and attentively concocted as inspired by the mountains and mermaids in the deep blue sea. The three delectable dishes are “Snow White Apple Crumble”, “Toasted Dark Raspberry S’more” and “Seashell Macaron with Sea Jelly”. These creations, reflecting the exclusive characters of Escape Hotel Hua Hin and Escape Hotel Khaoyai, await guests with sweet tooth from today until 13thJanuary 2019 only.

This new exciting campaign on offer during the “Green Season” was a successful collaboration between the Escape hotels and Ms. Nathai “Bright” Sirikantraporn, the owner and proprietor of the highly popular Dandelion Café, who has many magnificent and distinctivesweets creations under her belt. With her imaginative prowess, she has lovingly created these three awe-inspiring dessert concoctions that taste as good as they look:

  • Snow White Apple Crumble– Inspired by the timeless fairytale loved by children all over the world, the dish portrays the image of a red apple in a deep forest. The apple is poached for several hours in a syrup with secret formula that exudes the aroma of brown sugar and cinnamon, not dissimilar to a lovingly blended love potion. The poached apple is then grilled along with crumble wonderfully scented with premium butter. The dish is served warm with creamy-smooth vanilla icecream.

  • Toasted Dark Raspberry S’more–This lovely dessert invokes the scene of setting up camp in the forest. The home-made biscuit is toasted with dark chocolate ganache layered with raspberry sauce then covered with fluffy soft marshmallow before being sandwiched with the home-made biscuit and flambé to bring out the burnt brown sugar fragrance. It is then served with mushroom-shaped biscuits and sprinkled with ruby-like pomegranates for the forest effect.

  • Seashell Macaron with Sea Jelly–The breathtaking beauty of life beneath the waves is invoked in the form of macaron with cream cheese filling shaped like a shell and hand-painted in copper tone and sprinkled with gold and silver glitters. The dish is delightfully contrasted with the passionfruit sauce and served with bright blue cream soda jelly.
